Credit & Financial Consulting Agreement (Subscription)

1. Services Provided

KLN Consulting provides credit consulting, credit education, credit strategy, and credit profile analysis services. This may include reviewing the Client’s credit reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, educating the Client on credit laws, and developing strategies to manage their credit profile.

The Client understands they have the right to attempt credit/reporting disputes on their own at no cost.

3. Required Credit Monitoring

Client acknowledges that enrollment in Credit Hero credit monitoring is required for the duration of the credit repair program. This service allows for accurate credit report updates and effective dispute management. The Credit Hero subscription is billed separately at $19.95 per month and is not included in the cost of the credit repair service.

5. Missed / Failed Payments

• In the event of a missed or failed payment, services may be paused until payment is received.

• The Company reserves the right to suspend access to consulting, resources, or account support until payments are current.

7. Cancellation Policy

• The Client may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least three (3) business days prior to the next billing cycle.

• Additionally, the Client has a three (3) business day right to cancel this Agreement after signing for compliance protection.

• Cancellation will stop future charges but does not entitle the Client to a refund for prior payments.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

All Client information is kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of providing services under this Agreement. KLN Consulting maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11. Communication Consent

The Client consents to receive account updates, billing notifications, and communications related to services provided via SMS, email, or phone. This consent applies to all notifications regarding their subscription, service updates, and any administrative messages from KLN Consulting.

13. The Client acknowledges, affirms, and agrees that:

By enrolling and submitting payment, the Client confirms:They have received professional consulting services from KLN Consulting, a division of CDW Consulting LLC (the “Company”).

• The services provided include, but are not limited to:

  • Initial consultation

  • Telephone consultation

  • Strategy sessions

  • Communications and client support

  • Professional recommendations

  • Guidance and related consulting services provided by the Company

• The Client acknowledges that these consultation and professional services represent valuable consideration under this Agreement.

• The Company has rendered the consulting services for which the Client contracted.

• The Client confirms that:

  • The consultation was completed.

  • The professional services were received.

  • The Company has fulfilled the consulting services associated with the initial engagement.

• By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges receipt of the consulting services provided.

• The Client agrees that any fees paid are in consideration of the Company’s:

  • Professional time

  • Expertise

  • Consultation

  • Analysis

  • Recommendations

• The Client acknowledges that the initial consultation and consulting services were provided and waives any claim that such services were not rendered.
